Arriving (Anyone join)

Sarah arrived at the lodge.She took her bags from the bus and brought them inside.She could see nobody.The letter that she recieved had said "One of our friendly members will welcome you and show you around when you arrive"."Hello! Anyone here?" she asked loudly

Suddenly Colin came out of the hall "Hello" he said "Whats your name."

Jason & Holly heard her arrive. "Hello," said Holly.

Quinn walked casually from the kitchen, holding a tray with 4 steaming mugs of made from scratch, homemade hot chocolate. She held it out, allowing the three other staff to grab the cups before taking her own and placing the tray on the foyer table. She raised the cup to her lips and said. "Hi Sarah, I'm Quinn." Then looking around, "hope you guys like the hot cocoa." She drank deeply, her eyes grew wide and swallowed in awkwardly and sputtered when she was done. "I-it's still really hot." She winced and looked at the cup. "Let's show Sarah around, shall we??"

"Oh-ok!" she said "Where do we start the tour?"

Holly sipped her now cooler hot chocolate. Jason waited a moment & sipped his, too.

"I say we go to the dorms, then make our way to the dogs." She padded down the hardwood hallway, then, turning, she stomped up the wooden stairs with a white carpet runner going down the middle of it. Reaching the top of the staircase, she walked down a carpeted hallway and showed her some of the doors. "On this side of the hall, we have the girls' dorms. Over there- those are the guys'." She pointed to her name on her name on the door. Quinn Carter. ingraved on the wooden door. "Since we prepared for your arrival, we made up your room. Feel free to change it as much as you want."
She opened the door with the name Sarah Cross on it. They walked into a room, about 6 feet across and 8 feet over. The walls were a pale baby blue, and a white carpet lined the floor. A twin sized had been placed against the wall, with a white duvet and a pale peach wool blanket rested at the foot of the bed, folded neatly. The curtain were peach also, the fabrique almost transparent. On the side of the bed that wasn't touching the wall, there was a white bedside table with a reading lamp and a couple magazines about sled dogs and wildlife resting on it.
On the further corner there was a small bookshelf, big enough the hold about 30 books, and beside it, an Ipod dock stereo.
"Home sweet home." Quinn said cheerfully, plunking Sarah's suitcases onto the bed.

"Best dorm I've seen so far," said Holly. "So cool," Jason agreed. "You,re so luck, Sarah," said Holly.

OOC: What is each person in charge of, anyway?

OOC: Whatcha mean??

"Mine's basically the same." She smiled. "Now, shall we continue? You can unpack later, but the dogs are going out soon and I want you to meet them." She opened the door for the 3 others.

OOC: Do we all do all the different jobs, or do we have specific stuff to do?

IC: Holly smiled. "Mine USED to be the same," she joked. "It was so full, i think my parents tried to fit all of the stores in the New York mall in there."

She laughed, as she walked back out into the hall way, bounding down the stairs. "To our left, here, is our kitchen." She pointed to a half door leading into a room which was dark at the moment. "Then, our Dining Hall..."

After they finished touring inside, they headed out the back door into the snow, their destination silouhettes outside a large shed.

Sarah looked around."Wow" she said "Its so cool here!"

She nodded excitedly. "Blue!" She called.
A big, blue eyed samoyed bounded through the flurries. She yipped, and all of the other dogs ran up, coating the explorers with licks and nuzzles.
Aurora looked around for Rowan, but she wasn't their. She went to Quinn instead, and Blue ran to Colin. Holly and Jason were almost knocked over by the four dogs.

Quinn laughed as she gave Aurora a big hug. "These are our dogs." She said, laughing at Jason and Holly.

OOC: Jackson is one of my dogs. The dude's name is Jason.

IC: Jackson overran Jason, Artemis & Dream knocking Holly over. Nathan leaped over his father, onto Jason. The dogs & Holly & Jason started laughing.

OOC: Whoops, sorry

IC: Blue headbutted Colin and both of them fell to the ground, Blue licking his face.

Lily came bounding up to the new human and sniffed her.

"Hello there" Sarah said,petting the dog "Whats her name?" she asked

"This is Lily, she's our youngest dog in training, and she's going to be a lead dog! She's a Siberian," she said proudly, while patting Aurora on the head.

"She's so cute!" cooed Sarah

"Isn't she?" Agreed Quinn.
